My Boyfriend Watched as His Friend Beat Me To Pulp

I am in a serious relationship with a guy who is 30 years old. He squats with a friend currently. Where I have issues is that his friend doesn’t give me respect at all, and I want to quit the relationship because I no longer love him like before. I and the friend have been having issues, and I have been ignoring him for some time, until last week when the friend beat me up, telling me the beating he gave me is an example and that the next one he will do is kill me.
The cause of the fight started when I had my bath and went into the room to get dressed. I closed the door in order for me to have privacy because this is someone who doesn’t even knock when I’m alone in the room or even when me and my guy are in the room. After the man opened the room, the next thing he did was look at me, and I asked him why he was looking at me and if he didn’t have respect. He said he sent me to buy stuff for him the other day, and I refused, not as if I even knew where they sold it. He later had the guts to tell me that I am like a kid to him and that the way he beats me, I will regret it.
